RELLA'S FIESTA CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. dry rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. water
2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up and skinned
Flour
Seasonings of choice

Spread dry rice onto bottom of baking pan. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Flour and season chicken. Place on top of rice-soup mixture. Cover with cream of mushroom soup which has been blended with water. Bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 2 hours, or 400 degrees about 1 hour.
