4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Old English cheese spread
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped chilies
1 1/2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed Cheddar cheese crackers

Mix the 3 tablespoons butter, cheese, spread, onion, salt, chilies and taco mix and crackers together. Roll chicken in melted butter and then in the crumb mixture. Place in buttered pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
