CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Cream together eggs, sugar, buttermilk and vanilla. Add rest of ingredients except chips and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan and sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
