CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. zucchini
6-8 tbsp. cocoa
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together. Add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a Bundt pan. This cake has not been tried in La Paz. It might need adjustment for the altitude.
