CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. sour milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk. Add other ingredients. Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, let cool 15 minutes in pan. Cover with glaze.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Pour over cooled cake.
