ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs

Alternate 1/2 cup milk with dry ingredients.

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan or 50-60 minutes in well oiled Bundt pan. Add glaze on cooled cake.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
