CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. plain cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. shortening (butter)
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
