CORNBREAD 
3/4 c. fresh ground cornmeal
1/4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Buttermilk
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Mix egg, oil and buttermilk. Combine the 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil a 6 muffin pan and heat in oven. Take out and add mixture into each muffin. Bake approximately 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
