CHEESE CHILIES CORNBREAD 
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. melted butter, cooled
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. canned cream style corn
1/2 c. minced scallions
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

1. Whisk together eggs, yogurt and butter in a medium bowl.

2. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3. Pour into greased 10 inch heavy skillet and bake 40 minutes.
