SANTA FE CORN & CHEESE SQUARES 
2 - 6 1/2 oz. pkg. cornbread mix
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. chopped jalapeno
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 - 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant frozen corn, green & red peppers, broccoli (chop broccoli)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400. Grease 13X9 pan.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well. Spread in the greased pan.

Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
