1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together oil, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add to mixture. Stir in grated zucchini. Pour in greased 9 x 10 inch cake pan or 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
