CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (1 1/2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice added to milk)
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together eggs, oil, butter, vanilla, sugar and milk. Add flour, cocoa, cinnamon, soda, powder and salt. Beat well, then blend in zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until done.
