CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (or add 1 tsp. lemon juice to sweet milk)
2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
2 1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar with beaters. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat thoroughly. Mix together, separately, flour, cocoa, cinnamon, baking soda and chocolate chips then beat into first mixture. Add zucchini last and mix well. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cake should cook at least one hour at 325 degrees.
