COCOA ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix together butter, oil and eggs. Beat in vanilla, cinnamon and sour milk. Add zucchini. Mix in sugar, flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING: Bring sugar, butter and milk to boil and cook for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir until all are melted.
