3 boxes Dream Whip
1 lg. angel food cake
#2 can crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 box coconut
2 env. Knox gelatin, mixed with 4 tbsp. cold water

Add boiling water and crushed pineapple to gelatin in water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Chill until partly chilled. Whip 2 boxes Dream Whip and add to gelatin mix. Line bowl with waxed paper. Pinch cake into small pieces. Place layer of cake and layer of gelatin mix. Chill overnight. Turn out on flat plate. Add maraschino cherries for color. Ice with 1 box Dream Whip and cover with coconut.
