1/2 lb. honey 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 pkg. soup nuts 3 1/2 oz. pecans 1/4 c. coconut Pour 1/2 pound honey in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon ginger. Bring to a boil. Add 2 packages of soup nuts. Boil slowly until rich brown for 15 minutes. After brown, mix about 3 1/2 ounce pecans and 1/4 cup coconut. Pour onto wetted board. Flatten with wet spoon. Cool. |
