HAM BALLS 
1 1/4 lb. ground ham
1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers (1 cello pkg.)
2 eggs
1 c. milk

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar, white or cider
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Form into balls with ice cream dipper and brown. Place in 9 x 13 pan and pour sauce over. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
