BERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 small box Jell-O (according to what type of berries used)
berries of your choice

Bake pie shell. Let cool. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in boiling water. Cook mixture about 2-3 minutes or until mixture becomes clear. Remove and cool. After mixture cools, add Jell-O and stir until mixed. Pour berries into shell and pour mixture over berries. Ready to eat or can be chilled. Cool Whip to garnish.
