5 MINUTE BLUEBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 pt. blueberries
1 9" crumb crust
1/2 c. water

In medium bowl combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook on high 2 minutes or until mixture boils 1 minute. Mixture should be thick. Stir. Stir in blueberries, cook on high 3 minutes, stirring once. Pour into crust. Top with lightly sweetened whipped cream, flavored with a dash of cinnamon.
