CHICKEN REGAL PARMESAN 
8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 c. sherry
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Marinate chicken breasts in sherry for 3 hours. Pat dry with paper towel. Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a baking dish. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
