PICKLED BROCCOLI 
3 to 4 stalks raw broccoli
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. "Accent"
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. oil

Combine all other ingredients. Pour over cut up broccoli and marinate for 24 hours. Drain well to serve.
