MAW MAW'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
Onions, garlic, sweet peppers
Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can green peas
Frozen pie crust

Boil whole chicken until tender. Pick off the meat and cut in small pieces. Cut up onions, garlic, sweet pepper (whatever seasonings you like) and saute in butter. Add 1 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup (depending on how much meat you have). Add meat into soup and seasonings and blend well over low fire, stirring often. Add drained green peas and stir well. Pour into pie crust and bake until top crust is brown at 350 degrees.
