LAYERED DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
4 oz. or 2 sm. jars dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) can green peas
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. minced onion
5 oz. chow mein noodles

Cut beef into pieces. Cover with boiling water and drain. Combine beef, celery, and peas with liquid, soups, onion and pepper. Arrange in alternate layers with noodles in casserole, beginning and ending with noodles. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
