LAYERED HAMBURGER BAKE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 4 med. potatoes, pared & sliced 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 1. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, drain off excess fat. 2. Put 1/2 of the potatoes into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with 1/2 of the meat mixture, preheat. Sprinkle with pepper. 3. Combine vegetable soup, mushroom soup, and water. Pour over meat. 4. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. 4 servings. |
