CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole cooked chicken, in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 sm. container sour cream
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (approximately 38 crackers)

Melt butter and cream all ingredients, except the crackers, together. Crush crackers (while still in the package is easier.) Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle on top. Mash down. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
