CROCK - POT STEAK AND GRAVY 
2 to 3 lb. round or sirloin steak (cut in serving pieces)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pkg. onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
1 soup can water
Cooked rice or noodles

In a slow-cooker, combine all ingredients except noodles or rice; set to cook for 3-5 hours on setting recommended by manufacturer or until meat is tender. Taste gravy and season to taste with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Top with gravy.
