CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CHUNKY
SALSA

1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/2 c. Rancher's Choice Creamy Dressing
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1 1/4 lbs.)
Chunky Salsa

Mix together dressings and pepper until well blended.

Place chicken on grill over medium-hot coals (coals will have slight glow) or rack of broiler pan. Grill, covered, or broil 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing frequently with dressing mixture. Serve with Chunky Salsa. 4 servings.

Note: For more flavor, marinate chicken in dressing mixture 20 minutes or more before cooking.

CHUNKY SALSA:

1 c. prepared salsa
1/2 c. finely chopped tomato
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Stir together ingredients until well blended.
