CHEESE SALMON LOAF 
2 c. flaked boned salmon
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. condensed pea soup
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. each minced onions and parsley
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the above mix well. Place in buttered loaf pan 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
