PATTI'S BASIC LEFTOVER ANYTHING
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. chicken, turkey or beef, cooked & diced
1 c. celery, diced, rice or pasta
2 green onions, chopped (or 1/4 c. dry onion)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, with 1/4 can milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed

Could add: Vegetables, cooked Can of mushrooms

Put in casserole. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips or chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
