LEFTOVER TURKEY SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. almonds
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. diced onions
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients together except chips. Pour into buttered casserole. Cover with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
