Aunt Janice's Leftovers Casserole

What a savory & practical way to extend Thanksgiving & use up your leftovers. Delicious casserole! Instead of the dressing bread cubes, I used plain bread crumbs I had, I substituted cream of celery soup & instead of milk, I used leftover turkey broth from turkey. Instead of parsley, I used sage, rosemary power, garlic & onion powder, turkey seasonings. I added mushroom pieces, shredded carrots, & frozen peas. May need more liquid for these. At the end of the baking, I added French Fried Onions for a topping to brown. Serve with leftover cranberry sauce & your Thanksgiving goes on! Great dish for a crowd, chance to be creative, & you use up leftovers in a delicious way. Once and done!
