SEAFOOD GUMBO 
3 lbs. shrimp
1 1/2 pts. oysters
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 reg. size can tomatoes
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 c. shortening
2 boxes okra (frozen)
3 ribs celery, chopped
Salt, pepper, and Tabasco
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. flour
3 qts. water or more
1 can crabmeat

Make roux in skillet. Add water, tomatoes, and tomato sauce; cook 5 minutes. Add celery, bell pepper, okra, and onions; cook 10 minutes. Add parsley, onion tops, shrimp, oysters, and crabmeat. Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Cook 30 minutes longer. Serve over cooked rice.
