2 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) container dairy sour cream
2 packets onion soup mix
Fresh chives, minced, to garnish (optional)
Wavy potato chips, for serving

Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain.

Add sour cream and mix well.

Stir in onion soup mixes and allow to rest for 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve dip garnished with fresh chives with wavy potato chips for dipping.

Serves 10 to 12.
