BARBEQUED SPARE RIBS 
2 lbs. spare ribs, cut in individual servings
1 onion, sliced
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown ribs. Mix together onion, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Place ribs in casserole, pour sauce over them and cover. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees, basting occasionally.
