BARBEQUED SPARE RIBS 
1 lb. country style spare ribs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic
3 whole cloves
4 strips diced orange rind
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place spare ribs in shallow open pan, cover with foil. Roast for 45 minutes. Uncover, pour off fat, add sauce and roast for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
