BARBEQUED SPARE RIBS 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
2 lbs. or more country spare ribs
8 oz. can tomato sauce or puree
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt and pepper
1 tbsp. celery seed
Lemon and onion slices

Rub ribs with 1/3 of this mixture. Cook ribs 30 minutes at 450 degrees. To rest of mixture add 8 ounce can tomato sauce and 1/4 cup vinegar. Bring to boil. Turn oven back to 375 degrees. Baste with remaining mixture. Bake 1 hour.
