CROUTONS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 c. 1/2 inch bread cubes

Place butter in baking dish. Microwave uncovered on HIGH until melted, 15 to 30 seconds. Stir in parsley flakes, garlic salt and paprika. Add bread cubes and mix to coat. Microwave uncovered on HIGH, stirring every minute, until golden brown and crisp, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes. Let cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
