WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together flour and milk; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool thoroughly. Beat shortening, butter, sugar and vanilla at high speed until creamy, about 5 minutes. Add the cooled mixture and beat until fluffy.
