WHIP CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk and flour slowly until thickened. Cool. Cream sugar, crisco, butter, salt and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add white sauce to sugar mixture. Beat until fluffy.
