COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. coconut
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes using electric mixer. Grease bundt cake pan. Place 1/2 of filling in bottom of pan. Then place 1/2 of cake batter, then remaining filling in pan and top with remaining dough. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
