COFFEE CRUMB CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. lard (Crisco)
1 c. sour milk (1 tbsp. vinegar mixed together)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. raisins (opt.)
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix together first four ingredients to make crumbs and take out approximately 1 cup to sprinkle on top of cake. Put into above the rest of the ingredients and mix. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. I use a Corning Ware dish, approximately 9"x12". If you use a glass container reduce temperature to 325 degrees.

A word of advice, Don't give it!
