CRUMB COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening (butter & Crisco or butter)
1 c. sour milk (1 c. milk and 1 tbsp. vinegar)
1/2 baking soda
2 eggs

Crumb first four ingredients together and reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture. Mix together sour milk and baking soda. Add eggs. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in two 8 inch pie pans and sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
