1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour (save 1/2 c.)
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
6 slices pineapple
1 c. red cherries
1 c. green cherries
2 c. dates
3/4 box raisins
7 c. pecans

Mix first 7 ingredients as any cookie recipe. Chop fruit and nuts. Mix with remaining flour. Mix all together and drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
