1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour (save 1/2 c.)
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
6 slices pineapple
1 c. red cherries
1 c. green cherries (candied fruit)
2 c. dates
3/4 box raisins
7 c. pecans

Mix first 7 ingredients as any cookie recipe. Chop fruits and nuts, dredge (sprinkle) with remaining flour, mix all together and drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
