PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 lg. boxes vanilla pudding mix (according to directions on box)
5 ripe bananas
1 can coconut
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box frozen strawberries
1 lg. Cool Whip topping
Nuts

Bake cake in two layers according to directions on box. Cook vanilla pudding and let it cool. Put strawberries in the bottom of a punch bowl. Put 1 layer of cake on top. Cut up 2 1/2 bananas on top. Pour half of vanilla mix on top. Put other layer of cake on top. Pour crushed pineapple on top.

Cut up 2 1/2 bananas on top. Pour other half of pudding mix on top. Put Cool Whip topping on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate. Spoon out to serve. You can use cherry pie filling mix instead of strawberries.
