1 stick butter
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. Corn or Rice Chex cereal
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in a double boiler and melt slowly. Stir in cereal. Put the boiler and melt slowly. Stir in cereal. Put the powdered sugar in a double lined grocery bag. Add cereal mixture and shake until coated. Store in freezer. Makes 4 quarts.
