FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 (9") baked pie shell
1 1/2 oz. chocolate
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Whipped cream

Melt chocolate and cool. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add chocolate to butter mixture. Add vanilla and 1 egg, beat 5 minutes. Add second egg and beat 5 minutes more. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate several hours. Top with whipped cream.
