CHOCOLATE FRENCH SILK PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. (1 oz.) chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Cream butter, add sugar gradually, cream well. Blend in 1 square chocolate, melted and cooled and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition at medium speed. Turn into either cooled baked pie shell or graham cracker pie crust. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
