Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler

 Cindy says:
This is a great cobbler. It's almost like peach cake. The batter rises and bakes around the peaches instead of sitting on top like a dumpling. Use frozen peaches for a dessert that can be in the oven in 15 minutes.

Loved this recipe. Cobbler came out more like peach cinnamon rolls, but I loved it just the same. It was so delicious. I used more sugar, added nutmeg to mine along with the cinnamon and used water instead of the milk (I'm lactose tolerant)and this recipe still came out Sooooo Goood !

Great recipe! It was quick and easy. I used a bit of nutmeg and vanilla extract too. I wish I would have used less butter and sugar though. Other than that.. SUPERB!

You can use 3/4 stick of butter with no problem, also use BISQUICK instead of flour. Simmer peaches in its syrup and a little water for 5 minutes to soften texture.

Use lactose free milk instead of milk and then use margarine and you can get the same deal. Also mix in blueberries. Love it

A very easy recipe and tasted great. I used method #2 and added 1/2 cup pecans to it too, and it tasted very much like the peach and pecan cobbler my grandma use to bake down south. Thanks for the memory! P.S. The kids loved it too.
