My Georgia man husband had never had peach cobbler before (he's a picky eater) so I wanted a simple introduction to it, just in case he wasn't a fan. He loved it and now I'm using the same recipe for other fruits as well, only I leave out the cinnamon. I told my mother how simple it was to make and she said it was the same recipe she used, minus the cinnamon as well. I'll be trying blueberries this morning.

Just like mine, except I use Bisquick, vanilla flavoring and allspice with dash of cinnamon. Made it in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole dish. Thanks. Yummy!!!

This recipe was so delicious! The only thing I would change is the amount of sugar. A little too sweet for me. I will try 2/3 cup next time. But over all ~ very quick, easy and so good. Thanks for sharing! ;)

I tried making this recipe, mine turned out too sweet (for me). I was also missing the cinnamon but I do plan to try it again because I love peach cobbler.
